Tailored employment support for people facing barriers to finding or staying in work.
Raise provide free, confidential debt advice, helping with debts, bills, budgeting and wider money worries. Their advisers can talk through your situation, explore your options and help you find a practical way forward.
Age Concern Liverpool & Sefton supports people aged 50+ with practical help, advice, wellbeing services, friendship and staying independent.
Liverpool Sunflowers supports people affected by cancer and long-term health conditions through counselling, wellbeing activities, therapies, exercise and support groups.
Light for Life supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Sefton, helping them access practical support and greater stability.
The Trussell Trust supports a UK-wide network of food banks providing emergency food and practical support to people facing financial hardship.
The Survivors Trust provides confidential support, information and access to specialist services for people affected by rape, sexual violence and sexual abuse.
Active Sefton is Sefton Council’s sport and physical activity service, helping local people improve their health and wellbeing through leisure facilities, exercise programmes, community activities and targeted support.
SWACA provides free, confidential support for adults, children and young people across Sefton who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse, including practical and emotional support, counselling, refuge, legal advice and specialist programmes.
Access SEND provides independent support and guidance for parents and carers navigating SEND and EHCP processes. They can help with EHCP applications and reviews, appeals and tribunals, understanding your rights, and advocating for a child or young person’s educational needs.
