Support HRE4U
HRE4U exists to keep mental health support simple, calm and free. Everything we do is built around giving people somewhere welcoming to turn when life feels difficult, overwhelming or just a bit too much.
As a Community Interest Company, any money we raise goes back into supporting our work and helping us continue providing free support across our community.

Choose How You’d Like to Support Us
There’s no “right” way to help. Some people give regularly, some give once, some donate items and others raise money by taking on a challenge. All of it matters.
- Regular Donations: Give a little each month to help us keep free support available in our community.
- One-off Donations: Support HRE4U whenever you can, with no ongoing commitment.
- Challenges & Fundraisers: Take on one of our challenges, organise a fundraiser or come up with an idea of your own.
- Donate Items: Give useful items that we can use, redistribute or turn into funds for HRE4U.
Right now, all financial donations go through our standard Stripe checkout.

Your support helps us:
- keep our weekly community café free and welcoming
- provide free meals, refreshments, activities and practical support
- train and equip our volunteer team
- run free community events and workshops
- keep our website, tools and mental health resources free to use
- develop new ways to support people across our community
Your support helps us keep what we do free and accessible to the people who need it.
Supporting the Wider Community
As HRE4U grows, we want that growth to support more than just our own work.
Part of our mission as a CIC is to work alongside local charities, community groups and organisations already doing important work, sharing resources and helping people find the right support when they need it.
It means the money and support we receive can have an impact beyond HRE4U too.
Other Ways to Support Us
Donations are not the only way to help.
If giving money isn’t for you, you can still be part of what we’re doing. You could volunteer, share what we do, donate items, support an event or simply help more people find out that we're here.
Fancy Taking on a Challenge?
From skydives and sponsored walks to runs, climbs and plenty more, there are loads of ways to challenge yourself, raise money and support HRE4U. Or come up with a challenge completely of your own.

There is never any expectation to donate.
Using our support, coming along to the café, sharing what we do or simply telling somebody about HRE4U all helps. If you do choose to give, you're helping us keep our support free and available to the community.

Fancy Helping in a Different Way?
Supporting HRE4U doesn't always have to mean making a donation. You can help us raise money through things you may already be doing, like shopping online or recycling old ink cartridges.
It doesn't cost you anything extra, but it can still help support the work we do in our community.
