HRE4U is a Community Interest Company providing free, welcoming mental health support in Sefton. We run community cafés, practical support, activities and events, giving people somewhere they can come as they are, without judgement or pressure.
Keeping that support free costs money. Fundraising helps us pay for the everyday things that make it possible, from running our community café and providing free meals and activities to training our team and developing new ways to support people.
