Welcome to HRE4U
A calm space in a noisy world.
HRE4U is a community mental health project based in Liverpool. We run welcoming Community Crisis Café pop-ups where anyone can drop in for a drink and a chat, alongside a free online space full of guidance, tools, and support.
If today feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, you are not alone. Take a breath. Start wherever feels right.
The HRE4U Community Crisis Café
Sometimes the most helpful thing is simply being somewhere safe with other people who understand.
Our Community Crisis Café pop-ups offer a calm, welcoming space where anyone can walk in, have a hot drink, and talk if they need to. Some people come to chat. Some come to sit quietly. Some just need a breather from a difficult day.
No referral. No appointment. No pressure to talk. Just a warm welcome.

HRE4U began during the early days of COVID when one simple idea took shape: to make mental health support easier to understand and easier to access.
Since then it has grown into a supportive, community-led space visited by thousands of people each month online and in our local cafés.
The aim is simple. To offer guidance that is judgement free, accessible, and available whenever you need it. No jargon. No waiting lists. No sense of needing to be in crisis to deserve support.
HRE4U is now a registered Community Interest Company, which means everything we do is for public good, not profit.
