Join us for a calm, guided breathwork and relaxation session with iBreathe at the HRE4U community café.
This is a gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to help you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and take a moment out of the noise of everyday life. You do not need any experience, and there is no pressure to do anything in a certain way. You can simply come as you are and take part at your own pace.
Throughout the session, you’ll be introduced to simple breathing techniques to help relax both the mind and body. The focus is on creating a quiet, supportive space where you can pause, switch off for a while, and leave feeling a little more grounded.
Our café will be open as usual from 10am to 2pm, with the guided session taking place between 11am and 12pm. During that hour, the space will be a little quieter and more settled to support the session.
As always, our café is a calm, welcoming space for anyone who needs it. You do not need to be referred or be in crisis. Just come as you are.
