Join us for a gentle introduction to Reiki with Amanda, a Reiki Master, in our welcoming HRE4U community café.
This session offers a calm space to slow down, breathe, and explore Reiki as a gentle self-care practice. No experience is needed, just come as you are.
Amanda will introduce the concept of Reiki and the idea of reconnecting with your “true self”. After experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and the effects of trauma, Amanda found Reiki helped her rediscover balance, peace, and a greater sense of connection with herself and everyday life.
During the session, Amanda will guide you through a mindful meditation called Joshin Kokyu Ho, a calming breathing practice commonly taught to Reiki beginners but open and accessible to everyone.
This is a slow, relaxed session designed to help you pause, settle into the present moment, and take a little time for yourself in a supportive community space.

As always, our café space will be open as usual from 10am to 2pm, with the session taking place during the day. You don’t need to be referred or in crisis, just come as you are.
If you’ve never been to something like this before, that’s completely okay. Most people haven’t.
