Join us for a fun and welcoming inclusive games session with Inclus-Ability at the HRE4U community café.

This friendly, beginner-friendly session gives everyone the chance to have a go at a range of accessible games and activities, including wheelchair sports. Whether you’re trying something completely new or simply looking for a fun way to spend the morning, you’ll be encouraged to take part at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The session is open to everyone and is designed to show how small adaptations can make activities enjoyable and accessible for people of all abilities. It’s a great opportunity to learn something new, challenge yourself, meet new people and have plenty of fun along the way.

No previous experience is needed, and all equipment will be provided.

What to expect:

  • A relaxed, friendly atmosphere

As always, our café is a calm, welcoming space for anyone who needs it. You do not need to be referred or be in crisis. Just come as you are.
