Join us for a gentle and welcoming morning of meditation, creativity, and mindfulness within our weekly HRE4U community café.
Led by HRE4U’s own Antonia Boyham, this relaxed session is designed to give you a chance to slow down, take a breath, and spend some time focusing on yourself in a calm and supportive environment.
You do not need any previous experience with meditation or mindfulness. Everything will be explained and you’re welcome to take part in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Our café will be open as usual from 10am to 2pm, with the Mindful Monday session taking place between 11am and 12pm.
This session is free to attend, although donations are always appreciated and help us continue providing activities like this for the community.
As always, our café is a welcoming space for anyone who needs it. You do not need a referral, a diagnosis, or any previous experience with mindfulness. Just come as you are.
