Our Impact
HRE4U became a Community Interest Company in November 2025, but the project has been offering free, human mental health support online for almost five years. It began as a quiet one person effort built in late nights and spare moments, and it has grown into a calm space where people can find reassurance, grounding and simple explanations that make sense when life feels heavy.
We believe in being open about the difference our work makes. We keep things simple. We do not collect personal details or track anyone as an individual. We only record anonymous visitor numbers so we can understand how often our support is being used and which parts of the site people rely on most.
This helps us stay responsive, transparent and community focused as we grow.
Why We Track Impact
We want to know how people are using HRE4U so we can keep improving it. The numbers below tell us:
- how many people are reaching out for support
- which topics are most needed
- what times of day people turn to us
- how demand changes through the year
These figures help us understand real need in the community and guide us as we build towards our long term plan.

Our Impact So Far in July
- 3,985 visits so far this month
- 3,985 pages viewed so far
- 196 people used our support pages
These numbers reflect real people arriving in moments of stress, confusion or overwhelm and finding something steady to hold onto.
Last Month: June 2026
June was our busiest month to date. Across the month, people viewed 40,547 pages across HRE4U, an increase of 33.3% compared with May. The site was accessed by 20,321 unique visitors, showing that thousands of people continue to turn to HRE4U for support, information and practical guidance.
More than 1,350 pages were viewed every day on average, reflecting consistent demand throughout the month rather than reliance on a handful of busy days. People continued to access a wide range of resources, from mental health information and practical support guides to details about our growing community crisis café.
One of the clearest trends remained the continued use of HRE4U during the evening and overnight hours. As in previous months, many people accessed support outside traditional office hours, reinforcing the importance of making reliable information available whenever it is needed.
June also marked another important step forward for our community work. Alongside continued growth online, our crisis café welcomed people each week in a calm, welcoming environment, while our wellbeing events continued to attract strong interest. Together, our online and in-person support are helping more people find the right support in the way that works best for them.
Across June:
- 40,547 pages viewed
- 20,321 unique visitors
- 33.3% more page views than May
- An average of 1,352 page views each day
- Continued strong overnight use of the website
- Steady attendance at our community crisis café
- Ongoing demand for wellbeing events and workshops
June's figures represent our strongest month since HRE4U began. Every visit represents someone looking for support, reassurance, practical advice or simply somewhere to begin. As HRE4U continues to grow, both online and through our community café, our goal remains unchanged: to provide calm, human support that is free, accessible and available whenever people need it.
How We Count Visits
We use anonymous website statistics to understand general activity across HRE4U. A page view means someone opened a page. A visit means a period of activity on the site. These figures help us understand overall demand, but they do not tell us who someone is.
We do not use this information to identify people or build personal profiles. It simply helps us understand how often our support is being used and when people are most likely to need it.
Our Next Step
Our crisis café is now open, and you can read more about it here. It is a free, welcoming space where people can drop in without pressure, without judgement and without needing a referral. A place to sit safely, speak to someone trained, find grounding or simply rest with a warm drink.
We are already seeing steady use of the space, with an average of around 10 people attending each session. Alongside this, our smaller events are regularly reaching capacity, with 20 places often filled within a day or two of opening. This reflects a clear demand for calm, in-person support that feels accessible and easy to step into.
The steady and consistent use of our online support shows that people are already reaching for help at difficult moments. The café allows us to offer that same calm, human support in person, especially for those who need somewhere safe to be.
Our focus remains the same. To make sure nobody has to struggle alone, whether they reach us online in the early hours or walk through the café door.
Staying Transparent
Impact is not about big claims. It is about showing what is real. Each month we will update this page with the latest activity so anyone can see how HRE4U is being used and how the work is growing.
All figures are anonymous, simple and honest.
